We will offer SSAT and ISEE prep this summer (2023). We advise students to do some prep, since these tests are really measures of how students compare to one another. Since most students prep, those that do not will be at a disadvantage. One can prep without a tutor, of course. One of the main purposes of a tutor in the test prep process is to ensure that the test prep in fact happens. Other ways tutors help are to offer strategy, work with timing, and to fill knowledge gaps, especially in mathematics and vocabulary.
